To Tiny Needs Network supporters:
Thank you for your continued dedication to TNN during our launch and journey.
As you may know, TNN was created to assist individuals in need of funding, up to $100.00. We launched July 27, 2021, and to say we were successful is an understatement! We were so bombarded with requests, applications were suspended while deciding how to best proceed.
As with many start-up organizations, we feel the need to modify our efforts to better serve and now have new goals and a new direction.
OUR MISSION & VISION
Mission: Address small, urgent needs of community members and to support projects that are of benefit to the community at large.
Vision: To serve as a resource to the community.
What is the benefit?
Less stress on masaajid and individuals, increased financial support, and collaborative community effort.
Social Impact:
Our approach is to help community members with small, urgent needs that impact their lives. Resolving one family issue helps with other aspects of life. For example, a bus pass or gas can ensure employment, clothing required for a new job can help sustain financial stability, or solving a medication issue may support health.
Our Goal:
It is our experience that small donations (up to $200) are crucial and can actually make a big impact. Our goal is to inspire others to give non-judgmentally and from the heart. In other words, Mercy First.
To reach our goal we will now accept referrals from designated community members on behalf of applicants or from masaajid via the website.
We will continue to service within the selected counties of Indiana.
